Construction of New 5 Story Office Building with Structural Steel Frame, and Precast Concrete and Curtainwall/Storefront façade. Includes shell MEP improvements, 3 new machine-room-less traction elevators, elevator lobbies with finishes, and main entrance lobby finishes. Site work includes development of 17 acres including all site utilities, electrical duct banks, and asphalt parking for 580 vehicles. Project is designed to LEED Silver.
